We have many different types of equipment here. On most jobs all we need is the standard cleaning wand as it does an amazing job. In saying that if we are at a job that is more of as restoration we will need to use more powerful items such as the zipper wand, or the rotary rx-20. There are many factors that go into our decision here such as:
-heat
-dry time
-adhesion
-pile length
-wear
-working area
-allowed job time by the customer
We will never use a tool because its easier, we choose on the right fit for the application.
